I have complied a list of top bollywood movies of year 2008 after closely analyzing the various sources and their performance.Overall we can say these are the best movies of 2008 from bollywood.
Some of the critically acclaimed movies like Tahaan are not present in the list because there box office performance was below the minimum thresholding box office performance and some of the movies are placed higher in list might not seem successful in India but they did well in outside India territory so they are placed higher in the list while some of the good movies lag just because of their poor international business and poor marketing.

Gajini:Rocks,as Amir Khan always rocks with his single flick in a year.This time he did it with Gajini.Though Gajini is latest on the box office and yet to be officially declared as a mega hit but its advance booking and craze is in full throttle now and results are almost predictable.Critically acclaimed as well and a clear cut winner of Amir Khan v/s Sharukh controversy over their movie releases.A 3 hr long fun & action packed complete entertainment package with south Indian action touch.
2.Rab ne bana di jodi:This shahrukh movie is rocking on the box office in spite of a very simple story.A simple husband wife story with amazing treatment by director Aditya Chopra who has directed his first movie after mohabbatein.
3.Dostana: A gay couple based story.Did well on the box office but script was some what loosely coupled and treatment of movie boared some of the viewers.
4.Golmall returns: Success of Golmall also reflected in this sequel of the movie.A fun to watch.Sharman was replaced by Shreyas Talpade after the price money incident with the director.
5.Dasvidaniya: Vinay Pathak rocks in this movie whose name is based on Russian word for bye bye.He is fighting with stomach cancer of last stage,a die hard TO DO list maker.A pleasure to watch did well on the box office too.
For Hollywood version of this movie watch Bucket list starring Jack Nicholson and Morgan freeman.
6.Singh is King: Now a days Akshay Kumar is in the league of actors with high earning movies.A yet another hit with producer Vipul amritlal shah.
7.Rock on: After direction Farhan akhtar shows his talent in singing and talent.Tight script and emotions are there in movie based on break up and reunion of a rock band which makes it a box office success.
8.Race: Usual Abbas Mastan thriller type movie. Fast and tight script with league of actors having all Indian bollywood spices like sex, action, brotherhood,smart detective with stupid secretory, conspiracy etc.A breeze on the box office,performance of hotties was noticed too.
9.Phook: After a very very long time Ram Gopal verma found success on the cruel box office with a horror and dark shaded movie with actors of almost no star value.
10.Jaane tu ya jaane naa:A nice college based movie hit the box office after very long time.Nice script with fresh faces was received warmly on the box office .
11.Jodha akbar: Great work by ashutosh Gowarikar and the whole team of Godha akbar.Though movie was not a mega hit but generally received well in India and outside territory.
Acting from hrithik roshan as Akbar was fabulous and ban from some rajput organisation worked well for the movie.
12. A wednesday:Gujrat CM Narendra modi watched this movie of director Neeraj vora before the public release and appreciated it like the whole India.Movie was a masterpiece with low budget, tight script and acting of Indian bollywood legends. well a must watch for every Indian.
13. Jannat:Another Imran hashmi movie with cute girl and kisses based on match fixing .Music of this movie was received very well in market though some blogger provided details of music stealing incident of music director.
14.Fashion : Another crtically acclaimed, box office hit movie from Madhur Bhandarkar.This time story was based on life a fashion model.Her ups and down and lot more.Nice work and as per the track of Madhur, if this movie wins him another National award the no surprises.
15.Aamir:A very bold representation of a muslim doctor with modern values who was forced to become a terrorist (as announced by Reporter ,very touching moment).Movie did well on box office and gained some positive remark from critics.

On the eve of 2008,JaysTech and JaysLink are integrated
Yes! Finally after months long inactivity because of exams and other various reasons, at the end of year 2008 i have finally decided to integrate my two blogs JaysTech and JaysLink. JaysTech is a blog about latest happenings, tricks & tricks of technology while JaysLink is all about various other non technical events taking place around the world.
Along with the type of things covered there is a major difference between JaysTech and Jayslink. How to recover data using recover disc
1.First of all insert a CD/DVD Disc and analyze It
This program starts reading the content of inserted CD/DVD disc immediately after you run the program. It might take some time to read and analyze disc content. Then the program displays folder tree in the left pane of the window. You can browse the content of any folder right like you do in the Windows Explorer.
2.Then find desired files on the disc
You can browse the content of your CD/DVD right like you do in the Windows Explorer. When you select a folder in the left pane, you see its content in the right pane. Now you can select files and folders that you want to recover and get to the next step.
If you do not see required files on the disc, it may be that they were recorded in previous sessions and were not included in the table of contents of the last session on the disc. Sometimes this happens on multisession discs either intentionally or by mistake.Recover Disc allows viewing such files in a special Expert View mode. This mode shows the full disc structure with all recorded sessions and tracks. Click the "Expert View Expert button on the toolbar to switch to the Expert View mode.
3.Finally extract your desired files from the damaged disc
After you select files and folders that you want to recover, click the "Extract" button on the toolbar. The "Extract" dialog will be displayed.'Restore folder structure' If you check this option, the full branch of the folders tree containing selected files and folders will be recovered to the output folder.
If some disc appears to be partially unreadable with Recover Disc on your computer
, you can try to extract all available data from the disc and then read that disc on another system or with different CD/DVD reading device. The program allows reading a part of a file on one device and a part of the same file on another device. When you extract a file from a disc and some problem areas cannot be properly read, the corresponding places in the extracted file are left blank (filled with zeroes). When you later try to extract the same file, the program reads only the blocks that were not extracted before and merges them with the previously extracted data.
The following options let you specify what to do when the program finds file with the same name in the output folder.
* Merge: The program will merge the file being extracted with the existing one. Use this option to merge the newly extracted content with the previously saved data.
* Overwrite: The program will overwrite the existing file with a newly extracted one.
* Skip: The program will skip such files.
* Ask: Each time the program finds a file that already exists in the output folder, it will ask you what to do.
Select either "Overwrite", "Merge" or "Skip".You can check the "Apply to all" option if you want to apply the chosen action to other files as well.
