Sometimes we got problems related to .DLL files like "Couldn't find ****.dll..." which most of time remain unresolved because we don't know how to deal with them, If the problem caused by .Dll files is related to Booting then at some extant we can fix it but for other kind of serious errors we have to re-install or repair windows.
Problem related to DLL files might be because of existing files being corrupted, deleted or modified by various causes such as system crashes, virus infections or even by accident. Additionally, some programs require the use of .dll files that do not come with the windows by default.

Simply search the site find the desired .dll file and then replace or put it at desired location.Most of the time problem will be fixed.
