I usually do not write these kind of post but this image was compelling for me that's why i decided to share this with you.I found this at William lamson's art project.For most of us it is not hard to guess the winner of this situation.This simple trick using helium balloon makes the CCTV partially blind, well for making CCTV completely blind i would suggest a dark coloured balloon would be more effective.
